READ THE WHOLE REVIEW I was notified that parts were in for a recall, called back to book an appointment, was contacted 3 days later again to advise me parts were in for a recall, I told them I had already for a recall, called back to book an appointment, was contacted 3 days later again to advise me parts were in for a recall, I told them I had already made an appointment, the second person was confused. When I arrived for my appointment they said they need to check to see if they had the parts, Really. This is not first bad experience with Barrie Chrysler. My previous trucks recall was similar, I was contacted that the parts were in, booked an appointment, showed up and didn't have the parts, had to reschedule another trip. I used to get my oil changes there until they ripped the wires out of the A/C compressor plug when removing the oil filter. Contacted them about it and was advised I would have to wait a week to have it fixed, Unacceptable, paid another garage $250.00 to repair it the same day. Horrible, Horrible, service, poorly managed, the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. More

Well, I have nothing but amazing things to say about this dealership. I got completely messed around by another dealership and told Paul about it and he was very concerned about making sure i was taken care dealership. They were very patient with me with finding the right truck and then waiting for a time for me to make it down. Angie was amazing as well, working with me to have the best way to make sure I was comfortable and happy! . Went down there to the dealership and was very welcomed as soon as we walked in the door. By many people., very happy place . I am so thankful I ended up there and they took wonderful care of me. I thought my truck had an issue when I got home. Contacted them and they were instantly willing to get it into a shop here at home and take care of the bill. Was amazing. Ended up nothing being wrong with the truck.
