Outstanding! This was the best experience I have had buying a formerly owned car at a dealership. From the moment we were greeted at the front door of Barrie Chrysler, to walking out two days later with a set of keys to my pre-owned vehicle, the experience was a pleasure. Upon arrival (with no appointment) we were cheerfully greeted at the front door, asked to sign in to follow COVID procedures and within minutes were introduced to a fantastic sales representative who really listened to my needs. Everyone we walked by greeted us and were ever so friendly. I was fortunate to have Andrea Dawson as my sales representative. She is knowledgeable, down to earth, treats you with respect and goes over and beyond to help you. After viewing a few vehicles and taking a test drive, we sat down and over a cup of coffee reviewed the car’s features, Barrie Chrysler’s guarantee and the platinum service we would receive. After that, she drew up the sales agreement (with a discount). The process was fast, stress free and easy. A day after I read the purchase agreement, I had a small concern. I emailed Andrea for clarification. Even though it was her day off and she was busy with her family, she took time to look into my issue. Within a few hours she resolved it completely and the outcome was better than I had hoped. On pick up day we met with Patricia, who pleasantly and professionally handled all the financial and licensing matters. Before driving off the lot with my beautifully detailed car (a RAV4) Andrea reviewed all the features I needed to know to drive home safely. Even after completing the deal and picking up the vehicle, Andrea is still working on an additional benefit that I might be able to take advantage of.
