From start to finish my communications with Barrie Chrysler was very good from the booking person to the pickup person and procedures. Super friendly organized and professional. Took my 2021 Ram in to book an appointment under warranty to fix a relatively small problem. Once I explained the symptoms they asked me to bring it right in and as I watched they fixed the problem immediate to fix a relatively small problem. This dealership through its own negligence on our 2019 ram truck. Did the large service for the truck for its kilometres as we were moving out of province. The bolts on the rear differential weren’t tight ram truck. Did the large service for the truck for its kilometres as we were moving out of province. The bolts on the rear differential weren’t tightened and it let go. We went to a dealership out here in Alberta for an oil change and they noticed it and put in writing what the dealership here in Barrie did. Not only did they not tighten the bolts they used the wrong gasket on the differential. I’ve sent them all this information and get no response to call’s emails or voicemails. This is the worst dealership I’ve ever encountered. This truck has never been anywhere except them since new until we moved out here. I am currently dealing with Chrysler canada about this problem as the service manager will not return emails and his number seems to have no voicemail now. I contacted another manager a week or so ago and no return phone call or anything. Drive to orillia to get any work done and avoid this place at all costs. More

After only a month of owning the truck the tunnel Cover broke off while driving down the highway causing thousands of dollars of damage to the truck. Frustrated and upset I went to the dealership immediately, where I was greeted with nothing but games, at first they couldn’t even verify I bought the truck from them until the previous day, at first we were informed we would be covered under warranty being that we just purchase the truck they asked us to leave the truck to have it assessed and looked at by there body shop and warranty department I was more then happy to! The following day we were informed they would not cover anything but would be willing to help with body damage cost. (Obviously upset and extremely frustrated at this point I pushed back) requesting to meet with the general manager christy. They were not willing to release my truck until it was looked at a 3 week process !! During that time phill and will both managers had ordered us a rental car and said it was “there way of taking care of us “ I had asked for my vehicle at least every second day, they would explain they need to get a better quote see all the damages and have a third party look at it and so on. So we entertained the idea of possibly a new vehicle they said they would work with us give us a deal in Phillips word “a deal you can’t refuse” and so on! We were excited and started to shop around ! But things quickly changed ! As they found out I am a First Nations member they quickly changed there attitude and the dealers they were willing to give us ! moral of the storey once we were stern and said we were not going to sell them my truck for 22 thousand Dollars less then I paid ! A month prior they hit us with a rental bill a shop bill and several other bills ! I don’t recommend dealing with (will sales manager) christy general manager (if you can even meet here we had to show up every day for 5 days straight and wait around all day !!! And as nice a Phil was (christys second) he did absolutely nothing for us except hit us with bills that were not optional ! Because they would not release my truck ! And as for the rental they ordered it and still stuck us with the bill all because we wouldn’t buy a new truck with them do not deal with Jessica sales ! Will ! Phillip no one returns your calls the services is awful and full of nothing but empty promises lies and games More
