Update: Not sure but seems to be a structure change in this company both locations [Barrie and 400 Location] as they are run by the same general Manager. CRISSY FINEAS AND SERVICE ADVISOR DIANNE, are a joke been waiting on a repair for a vehicle it's been scheduled each week for the last five and they never follow through or call to explain. Have asked many times for Crissy to return my call. Been t weeks now and still nothing. Do your self a favor avoided these locations. Will in barrie Location and the employees at the 400 location are horrible and could not even schedule their own next bathroom visit let alone a customers repair. TANYA was a godsent since she has now gone the place is horrible. 20 year customer who's given countless referrals to both locations is now gone. One can only take so much stupidity and lack of care. I would appreciate the owner of these locations (same person apparently) to contact me and discuss. More
