My Honda Fit had a recall that had to be attended to. Jody in service and the other staff got me in in an speedy time frame and gave me transportation to shopping while the work was performed. I’ve had nothing but problems with the service department. I own a 2018 Honda Accord. Again problem not fixed ! I live an hour way and have voiced my frustration. Called to reassure problem was fixed before I picked it up. Didn’t even get on the highway and it resurfaced. Bannister has also had my car multiple other times with the same issues. Three times in the short amount of time I’ve owned the the car it had to be brought back. Had my car for almost a month last year as they couldn’t find out the problem. Zero courtesy car offers and car has never been cleaned inside or out as any other dealer I’ve dealt with has. Will never buy another car from this dealer again. More
