Thank you for your letter. There really isn't any resolution required. Things went wrong and we can't turn back the clock. My CRV is a good vehicle and my experience with Khoa has been very positive. I was on my way to Kelowna for heart surgery, hence a bit uptight, plus my windshield was hit by a stone off a logging truck before we got to Vernon, so my mood wasn't great. Regards, Gary
