We needed the passenger window on our Pilot fixed right away. Bannister was able to fit us in the same afternoon and diagnose and fix the problem before end of day, while I waited in a comfortable and safe away. I was unhappy with the service yesterday. We arrived about 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment for 1:00 pm. It was 1:40 when they took the car in and it was ready just after 2:00 p.m. I compl about 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment for 1:00 pm. It was 1:40 when they took the car in and it was ready just after 2:00 p.m. I complained and was given 20% off, however, they were to change the filters, ONLY if needed. So they were changed. The cost was about $50, did not charge for installation. At 6000 km, always parked in our garage I question how dirty they were, especially the cabin filter. I was not shown the dirty filters. Isn't it terrible not to trust the folks one deals with? The explanation was that they were very busy and backed up. Whoever does the scheduling should take unexpected longer service into consideration. Having good customers waiting for so long is very frustrating. I was not the only one. I am considering looking for other options in the future. It has been Khoa who has kept me coming back. Thanks Khoa. While waiting for service I trued to enter my next stop in Kelowna. It would not find my entered location, either by business name or address. I asked when checking out if there was someone who could help. At first I got a lengthy explanation about the different software. All I wanted was someone to dhow me what I was doing incorrectly. I said Khoa was busy, that he knew, so i was told a technician would have a look. So By then my patience was running too thin, so I went to the car and only waited a short time and left. we I got to Kelowna, I entered my next destination and everything worked fine. As I suspected it was me who was not using the system properly while at Honda. More
