Restored my trust I was really concerned when I discovered, when in Calgary last week, that I needed to replace the rear brakes on our 2008 Accord. I had the rear brake I was really concerned when I discovered, when in Calgary last week, that I needed to replace the rear brakes on our 2008 Accord. I had the rear brakes and rotors replaced at Honda West. This car isn't driven much and so I felt quite betrayed by Bannister Honda when, in the fall wheel changeover, I wasn't advised that the brakes were at approximately 20%. I am very particular about the safety of any vehicle we drive and had such information been given to me then I would have promptly had the repair done. On my return to Vernon I went to Bannister Honda to ask how this could have happened at all. They informed me that the individual responsible for the problem had been dismissed. The Spring wheel changeover was done promptly at no charge to me and with apologies for what had happened. Needless to say I will continue to patronize Bannister Honda. More
