2009 Fit Service & Successful Diagnosis Had Maintenance Minder B Service done on our 2009 Fit. Cheerful Tammy had the paperwork ready, explained the work to be done,. We had a strange odour Had Maintenance Minder B Service done on our 2009 Fit. Cheerful Tammy had the paperwork ready, explained the work to be done,. We had a strange odour coming into through the vents when stopped at a light, like fuel/exhaust during the preceding week. We were taken to the Mall and picked up during the service time. Vehicle was ready when promised. Service included work on all brakes, finding one of them had partially seized, checking fuel & exhaust systems revealed no problems. Tammy thought it might have been the brake issue and 5 days later no odour, so she was right. Cost was as expected. Very happy with the whole experience. More

Great service. Brought my Honda in for the B service. They are always very kind and everything was exactly as quoted. No surprises or hidden fees. It was going to take about 2 hours to complete the work on my vehicle. The shuttle driver happily took me to the mall and then picked me up when my car was ready. I overheard another customer who was also there to pick up his vehicle say how happy he was with the service department. I go out of my way to visit Bannister Honda in Vernon (there's another Honda dealership that is closer to where I live) I definitely would not hesitate to return to Bannister Honda for my next service.
