Only safe if you pay for it Brought vehicle in for out of province safety inspection, was told that vehicle with only 24 thousand kilometers on it had excessive rust on rotors wh Brought vehicle in for out of province safety inspection, was told that vehicle with only 24 thousand kilometers on it had excessive rust on rotors which were deemed unsafe by mechanics, warranty was up at 20,000 kms?? Yet problem was not discovered earlier when under warranty even thought it was serviced for warranty work at least three times in the past 14 months at this dealership, when asked multiple times to check vehicle over for any problems while still under warranty. Yet they allowed an unsafe vehicle by their own words out on the street, you would think that the oversight on their part would be enough for them to correct the problem at no cost to the customer, but that did not happen. So once again, safety comes at at cost only, so don't think that your or your families safety comes first before the all mighty dollar More

I had to leave for work so Billy was going to email me my trade value and a truck I was looking at. I was not allowed to actually test a vehicle. Referred my sister as she needed a minivan and more BS and lies and very dishonest dealership. Promised the world and never communicated. They really don't care for your business and treat you as an idiot. I have more details but hopefully you wont buy there and get treated poorly. Dishonest feeling totally. A scamming dealership who doesn't care. Sad as I live in the area. Prices were inflated to More

Went to buy a 2016dodge ram. We made a deal and promised a truck. Billy our our sales man didn't communicate with us had the approval and everything and 3 days later we didn't have a truck. They promised to get another truck and it wouldn't get it from them till 3 or 4 weeks. Billy disappeared as our sales man and dealt with Andy. Every couple of days we called to get an update. We find out the our truck was an Abbotsford dodge dealership truck. Jay the manager from this dealers promised that his son from Abbotsford named Carson would give them the truck so we can purchase it. We continue to wait and Carson from Abbotsford email us that we can have the truck. Harassed by Abbotsford to purchase the truck from them. By now we were very upset. Chilliwack promised that we ignored Abbotsford that they would get us the truck. Confirmed by email Abbotsford would release our truck to purchase.long story short Abbotsford sold our truck, Chilliwack screwed us over. Don't ever go there they have no customer service no nothing. Very dirty dealership More
Dishonest and Terrible Service! Bought a 2016 Dodge Laramie, Dealer dented back corner on lift kit and hid this from us. They put on different rims than ordered and did not tell us, did not return stock tires/rims and parts from lift kit. Took picture when picked it up and salesman (Billy) stood in front of damage to hide it. week later discovered the large dent and replaced tailpipe, told by Sales Manager (Jay) only decent guy, they would do whatever it took to make this right. Offered to find new truck and redo with all the original orders pecifications and allow us to use existing until ready. Jay went off sick and then Arnie and owner took over, that deal was off, and could not work out a solution to "make us happy" so they said only option left was return vehicle, which we did and have now ordered from a much higher rated dealership but have to wait 6 - 7 weeks for this new one to arrive. Paid $1500 to put an old stored truck on road. So much for the excitement of buying a new vehcile, this was the worst experience ever! I would not trust this dealership. Jay told us they knew about the damage and salesman was to disclose it and never did, in fact he deliberately made moves to conceal it. You would think they would do whatever it took to make us happy...Owner Shane is useless, does not care about customer service so never waste your breath with him...he even rated his own dealer a 5 star on facebook! shows you what type of guy he is...GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT THIS ONE...WE RECOMMEND LANGLEY! The transmission module was replaced (manufacturers defect) but I was still having issues. I brought my vehicle in and Gord Karr served me. It was a horrible experience. He clearly didn’t like his job. After waiting about an hour and a half, a technician looked at my car and told me I needed an oil change. I told them I just had one done at their dealership (3000 KM ago) and that the problems I was experiencing (interrupted acceleration, slipping into neutral, sporadic power interruption climbing hills) had nothing to do with an oil change. I relented and had it done. They pulled my car around and said it was fixed. When I got into the vehicle the engine light was still on!! And it was immediately evident that the same issues remained. They pulled it back into the service bay. After another 2 hours, I was told I needed a spark plug (just one apparently, at 61,000km). ??? Highly unlikely but again I relented. They changed the spark plug, CHARGED ME FOR A DIAGNOSIS (because I was at 61,000KM instead of 60,000K), and charged me for the oil change that I didn’t need. Wow! By the way, I had purchased a very expensive extended warranty. It doesn’t end there. Shortly after this horrible experience, I received a letter from Chrysler Canada, a recall for the very transmission module I was complaining about!!! I have since placed a call to the service department to have the recall looked after, with NO RESPONSE from them. I took the time to construct a detailed email to Gord and give them the chance to address my concerns. The email was ignored. So, I called Chrysler Canada directly. Again, I spent the time going through the whole experience. Despite their empathy for me, Chrysler Canada did nothing for me, even after it was clear through their own recall that the transmission module was defective and needed replacing again. They would not compensate me for the oil change I didn’t need or the spark plug I didn’t need and the expensive extended warranty I had purchased. Their solution was to try and schedule the recall/repair of the transmission module with O’Connor. In the end, I have scheduled the service with a dealership all the way out in Mission, BC because of the incompetence and horrible customer service received by this dealership. By the way, I am a Manager of Customer Sales and Service. It boggles my mind that anyone in this competitive market can be treated like this. Chrysler has a horrible reputation and I had purchased the Dart thinking they were trying to earn back their rep and market share. I was very wrong. Never have I been treated with such disdain. Do to the nature of my work and position I rarely go to such lengths to communicate a negative experience. I tend to think most customer concerns will be and can be rectified. Chrysler clearly does not want my business. Imagine losing a customer for life over an oil change and a spark plug. The only solution for me going forward is to tell everyone that I know when the conversation turns to vehicles, to never, EVER buy a Chrysler. More importantly, I am active in the Chilliwack community and I will certainly be telling everyone to never darken the doors of this dealership. If you are forced to deal with them for whatever reason, BEWARE! More
