She did not return my call. Disappointed and discouraged. Will not go to this dealership again even though my son had a good experience with another member of the sales team Disappointed and discouraged. 2002 Sebring, Lx 1 convertible, bought new, one owner, blew a fuse in Las, Vegas 2008, would no start, Sahara Chrysler, put in new fuse, stated it was a known issue. 2019, Chilliwack, Greek island parkin blew a fuse in Las, Vegas 2008, would no start, Sahara Chrysler, put in new fuse, stated it was a known issue. 2019, Chilliwack, Greek island parking lot, Sebring will not start, tow across street to O'connor Chrysler, diagnosis, need a new starter. I have Sahara Chrysler send service record and copy of campaign change to O Connor, but they put in starter anyway. I purchase the original starter core from o Connor and have it bench checked, no fault found, starter was not defective. Return findings to OConnor, give them starter to bench check. Drive home without inspecting under my hood. When I did open hood, the wiring harness tie downs were reinstalled. It the harness had been pulled into the fan blade I would have had an impossible task to prove shoddy workmanship on technicians part. I related my findings to dealer. Some anchor attachments were not resorted by technician and I sourced these myself and anchored the harness. Photos of this poor repair sent to O Connor. I was informed by service manager Sheldon, starter was indeed in good order and I would be reimbursed and compensated for the unnecessary repair. An agreement was established five months later. 2021 April I presented myself to dealership. Sheldon is no longer there. New service manager has no record of the compensation agreement, 3 oil changes, one complete detail in and out, hood and trunk, of a vehicle of my choice. Fortunately, I copied Shane O Connor on all correspondence, hopefully he will communicate with new service manager of the fact that when an employee terminates, company agreements remain in tact. This is February 8 2022, new service manager has not yet contacted me regarding my conversation with him 2021 September, 15 in this regard. I understand he needs some time to settle in to his new position and recover lost company email, agreements, and meeting with those members of O Connor Chrysler that might have privy to documentation.
