A few minutes later after discussing some options and viewing possibles used cars for sale, we settled on one we liked the options for and took a test drive. The value of the vehicle(Mitsubishi Outlander) was about at what the KBB put it at and the condition seemed pretty good. After some negotiating, settling on a price and the various other documentation, we left. The follow-up done by the dealership was pretty good, so was the cleaning done when we picked it up. Only area where I would express some dissatisfaction would be in regards to the deposit, which we have yet to receive back(3 weeks later). TL;DR: Very friendly and cooperative staff, decent pricing and good quality of detailing but slightly long delay in receiving deposit back. 4/5 Would go again. More
