Deceiving Upon arrival I was greeted warmly and service was friendly. During negotiations, there were promises made. However, after deposit some were not longer up held. I was told I was getting two additional options as a whole package incentive, however the fees were simply covered up in the total vehicle price. I therefore had to fight for what was promised with a lot of time and effort and felt taken advantage of as a women buyer by the salesman and manager. After finalizing the purchase, the service was still friendly. However, the exterior and interior of the vehicle were not detailed. The salesman was nice enough to at least try and clean it quickly. Also, two days after purchase, I had to return to get two functions fixed on a brand new 2015 vehicle. Overall, I had to catch them in their half truths or misinformation in order to get what was negotiated. More

On a different topic the dealership may want to shovel and salt the stairs/walkways more thoroughly as I found that to be an issue.....I did mention it (nicely)to Chamnan after all the papers were signed and I was leaving the dealer More
