He spent about an hour with me making sure I understood and was very patient explaining everything to me again. Deceiving Upon arrival I was greeted warmly and service was friendly. During negotiations, there were promises made. However, after deposit some were not longer up held. I was told I was getting two additional options as a whole package incentive, however the fees were simply covered up in the total vehicle price. I therefore had to fight for what was promised with a lot of time and effort and felt taken advantage of as a women buyer by the salesman and manager. After finalizing the purchase, the service was still friendly. However, the exterior and interior of the vehicle were not detailed. The salesman was nice enough to at least try and clean it quickly. Also, two days after purchase, I had to return to get two functions fixed on a brand new 2015 vehicle. Overall, I had to catch them in their half truths or misinformation in order to get what was negotiated. More

It has been only a few days since we picked it up and we are really enjoying the many features of this vehicle. With 3 kids and 2 dogs we desperately needed more space but we did not want a van or something too big. This is perfect for us and what is just as important as the safety features and 7 seats, it looks amazing! We love it. All the staff at the dealership were very helpful and friendly. Cham took the time to show us the many features and made it a very relaxed and stress free experience. Chamnan did a excellent job as our salesperson...Once we had agreed that we wanted to buy the car, we were send to Moe. His service was another story...He was very pushy. After he was not able to sell us extra insurance or additional packages on the car, Moe became insulting, rude and cocky...the icing on the cake was when he asked us if we did not have the money to buy extras...When we picked up the car, Moe was still was so mad; he stormed out of the office and threw back our cheque of more than 30 thousand dollars at us when we handed it to him…Another nice and friendly gentleman then came by to finalize the sale of the car... We are very happy with the car. I would go back to Chamnan to purchase another car no matter how bad our experience was with Moe Trudi Wyss,Russell More
