best out of the other 5 or so dealerships i went to Chamna Ly was always polite as were the other people i dealt with at bankstreet Mitsubishi always asking if i was thirsty if i wanted to know anything Chamna Ly was always polite as were the other people i dealt with at bankstreet Mitsubishi always asking if i was thirsty if i wanted to know anything about cars prices fees the meanings of different acronyms on the engine and car always trying his hardest to get me at the price i wanted to pay for the car i wanted and not trying to push a cheaper one on me like some of the other dealerships i went to. Cham went over every square inch of the vehicle showed me how to use everything where buttons and switches r located and how to use them usually i notice different features buttons etc and find out stuff i didn't know about the car after driving it for a few days but i can say i have not found any switches buttons or lights that cham didn't tell me about unlike the other salespeople and dealerships i went to which didn't tell me anything about the car and said here is the price take it or leave it. They also got me the best trade in price for my truck and i left there in a 2015 lancer se awc limited edition and couldn't be happier love the car fits me and my personality like a glove this was the first dealership i went to when i started my search for a new car couldn't come to an agreement on price the first time. I looked around and realized i came to the right place the first time and even after leaving and coming back i still got a good deal the only thing i didn't like was waiting but it was worth it and the warranty best i have ever seen and 5yrs roadside assistance not gonna hesitate to go on a long drive that's for sure all in all definitely recomend cham as a salesperson to deal with and bank street Mitsubishi for there cars and warranty More
