He didn't make us feel like we were being pressured into buying something we didn't want/need. He listened to us and set up the perfect car to fit our needs. He made us feel comfortable and cared for. He definitely helped with the decision that the Lancer 2015 was the perfect fit. Again I requested Tosh as my salesmen. He was fantastic, and had a sense of humour regarding seeing him AGAIN in a month. He is competent and confident in what he does. He's very professional and answered any questions I had about the process the second time around. If you are looking for a vehicle, request him as your salesmen, you won't be disappointed. We were pleasantly surprised when we met Chantal, she was very nice and easy going. We test drove both the 2.0 and the 2.4. We then sat down to talk prices and Chantal was very up front with the fees and what they could offer us. We ended up getting the 2.0 awd. I would definitely recommend to friends and family to go see Chantal in the futute! More

Tosh was the first person I spoke with about a car I was specifically interested in. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and any questions I had regarding the vehicle or process. Kevin also was great. He walked my boyfriend and I through all the paperwork explaining everything and stopped to answer any questions we had. I even emailed him a few times. The replacement I was in a accident with my 08 Lancer, where 3 deer ran ìnto the car. Got the call from my insurance on Thursday that the Lancer was being written off and that I only had a rental till Monday. I called and visited a few Mitsubishi dealerships on Thursday. I knew what I wanted. Another lancer of course, since my first one was so good to me with 340,000km put on it by me. All I wanted was to be treated seriously and make a deal that day. I called Friday at 10am and happened get Chantal. She was very friendly, respectful and listened to what I needed. I needed to get into a new car by Monday. She told me that there were a few discounts offered, one being a loyalty one. I asked if there was room for negotiation, as I was driving from Smiths Falls to purchase a car. By 1pm I was entering the doors of Bank Street Mitsubishi. I was welcomed by Chantal as if I was entering her home. She ran through the features of the new lancers and made me feal like part of the family and not just another customer. Very down to earth person and by 2pm I had made a deal on the showroom model. My car was all ready for me on Monday when I arrived to pick it up. I was greated by a smile and handshake from Chantel. A few minutes more and I was on my way. The overall transaction went smoothly, Sam and Moe had the paperwork ready and everything was explained in details. The car was ready for me to pick up 2 days after I decided on the model I wanted. Everyone is very friendly and its a good atmosphere. As for service, I have been going there for all maintenance on previous Lancers, so since 2010, and I have always been very happy with the quality of service I received. We went for the test drive, he was very personable and friendly, no pressure at all to buy. I ended up buying the car I test drove, the transaction was very smooth, the car was at the dealership within 2 days and ready within the week since I had chosen to buy the purple Mirage. Moe in finance also insured the transaction go smoothly, when I came in to pick up the car on the Monday, he had all the paperwork ready to go, explained everything very well and was also very friendly.
