The Service Department lacks organization and is terrible. Booked an appointment for 845 and returned at 1500, the vehicle wasn't ready and hadn't even been seen. After a decent sales experience, we brought our less than 2 week old 2024 Outlander to the Service Centre for a loud noise it was making. They told us after keeping our vehicle for 2 days that they “couldn’t find anything wrong with it”(so they could charge us since they don’t value honouring warranty work). Charged us $190 for no diagnosis found. They removed our hitch and clearly worked on it, but wouldn’t own up to their installation mistake. Our car had 50+ km on it, smelled of cigarettes and a McDonald’s receipt in the front seat. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL! I will never go back. They are lying, unethical and manipulative in the service department. I would not recommend this location! More
My hubby and I bought an Outlander, and it’s amazing. The atmosphere was very friendly and clean. The vehicle runs very smoothly, it’s quiet and very comfortable. We knew it was a very good vehicle from the time we took it out for a test drive. Added to that was the unbelievable warranty we couldn’t be happier, and the sunroof was a bonus for us. The salesman (Chu) was very helpful and understanding from start to finish in purchasing the vehicle. He has great customer service skills. Eli the sales manager makes you feel very relaxed and understanding. Thanks Chi & Eli! More
Good sales pitch and sale but worst service and parts department I have ever seen. Accessories ordered as part of the sale...No phone call when accessories arrived. Tried to even pick up my snow tires to install them myself and had to wait 3 days to even pick them up....GOD I hope I never need real service it could take forever....Fair for sales but service and parts MAJOR fail.... NOW, I also purchased the Platinum Maintenance service package (~$9500 taxes in for 8 years), which I thought would give me peace of mind...NOT. I called to get the first oil change scheduled and was told it would be about weeks, not what I would call 'Platinum' service, but ok...today got a call saying they couldn't accommodate me so they offered a new date, 17 DAYS AWAY? This is disgraceful and borderline negligent! I ought a new vehicle and want to get the VERY BASIC maintenance done and have to wait over a month?!? More

I bought a brand new Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross 2022 on December 31st, 2022. 1. There is rust on the engine and Mitsubishi doesn't want to do anything about it 2. The doors don't locked.
