Pushy and Ignorant We stopped in just shopping around for a used car, the sales associate knew nothing about the car i was looking at, and he didn't even seem to have in We stopped in just shopping around for a used car, the sales associate knew nothing about the car i was looking at, and he didn't even seem to have interest in selling it. We clearly explained we were shopping around, he sat us down and attempted to guilt trip us. He then started to get pushy and wouldn't give back our keys he needed for the trade in. They use sleazy sales tactics and guilt trip you into purchasing a car, it makes for a uncomfortable buying experience. I would never recommend this dealer especially to first time car buying where those tactics would work. More

From the time I met my sales (Zein) to the moment I got my car, it only took around a week (most of time is spent on the bank side). The team is professional, friendly and patient (my English sucks, but they are still willing to listen and answer my countless questions one by one). In terms of price, I have no idea, simply coz they offered an acceptable price, which is lower than my expectation, from our first conversation, I even have no intention to talk to other dealer. I got my Mazda 3 GT here, and I love it. Thanks Zein and any other people had helped me that. More

I was so happy with my Protege that when it came time to replace it I didn't seriously consider any other car than a Mazda. Love my new purchase--very low mileage and super clean--it looks like a new car but at a fraction of the cost. Sunny was our sales employee--very helpful, accommodating and friendly. I would recommend Bank Street Mazda--and when my daughter is ready to buy her own car, we'll be back to see Sunny. Thanks very much. I'm delighted with my purchase. More
