This failure to provide proper documentation is causing issues with the insurance company. I have been in contact with the dealer for over two weeks to resolve this issue. They appear to be unable to provide a Bill of Sale! Is this even legal? More

Worst service ever. Series of service failures for buying out my lease. 1. I was promised to pick-up my ownership on Monday. When I went they discovered that the file was sitting on the employee’s desk since Wednesday and was never sent out. 2. Ownership received on Monday January 16th evening and a certified cheque with the full amount was delivered to Mazda. 3. Wednesday February 1st, Canadian Dealers Leasing Services (CDLS) withdrew 800 CDN from my bank account. 4. On same day, I have contacted Mazda backstreet. I discovered that again the file was sitting on some desk and they did not close the deal with CDLS. 5. On February 2nd they have completed the paperwork and sent the money to CDLS and promised that the amount withdrawn by mistake will be reversed within a week. 6. After 16 days, I am still not reimbursed. The worst part is that their manager Kirk Cameron is not acknowledging *ALL* their failures and he is complaining how come CDLS is charging that amount for a couple of weeks of delay. What is expected from a manager is to provide a good service to his customers and fight the issue offline with CDLS. I would strongly recommend that you avoid dealing with this branch. More
Does not keep word. Manipulative. We made a deal in October to purchase a brand new 2022 and agreed on a price and paid $1000 deposit. When the vehicle arrived in Februa Manipulative. We made a deal in October to purchase a brand new 2022 and agreed on a price and paid $1000 deposit. When the vehicle arrived in February, they said that was not our agreed upon price, that the price included a trade in (which was never the case I only mentioned in passing we had a car that we may give to a family member but might consider a trade but wanted to keep it available for our family). Then they quoted $2500 more than our agreed upon price. They are not trustworthy business people. They also overcharge for services required. But all in all, people who don’t hold up their end of a deal, very shady business people. More
This dealership is the worst. My husband and I booked a test drive for a brand new Mazda CX 5 through the website. The car was listed in their inventory on their website and on Auto Trader etc. The test d test drive for a brand new Mazda CX 5 through the website. The car was listed in their inventory on their website and on Auto Trader etc. The test drive was confirmed and we were contacted by sales rep a few times to confirm that we were coming for test drive and he assured us that the vehicle was the correct colour etc we were interested in as we were driving 125 km to get there. We arrived for the test drive and the sales person was not on site. We waited for him to arrive. When he arrived he showed us the vehicle and made sure to inform us that he had just taken the plastic off the vehicle as it was brand new. We took the test drive and loved the vehicle. We proceeded inside where we would sit down with the sales person to discuss details and payment options. The sales person was no where to be found again! We waited. When he showed up he sat down with us and started asking us if we were sure the vehicle we test drove was the one we wished to purchase. We told him it was and we would not have come for a test drive had we been interested in another trim, model, etc. He proceeded to ask many questions regarding our needs and we should possibly consider another trim etc because we might not need this specific model we test drove. We thought this was very strange. He went through the financing options and payments etc and said he would send us off to the finance person to get things finalized. The sales person leaves us again and is gone for at least 15 minutes. He comes back and tells us that the vehicle we just test drove and drove 125 km to see has been sold! BUT he can offer us another vehicle in a different colour, trim, etc!! If I wanted another vehicle I would have test drove another vehicle. He sat there for a while trying to convince us to choose another colour etc. When my husband said we were not interested in a different vehicle he left the desk again and left us sitting there for at least 1/2 hr. My husband got up to find a restroom. When my husband left a gentleman approached me and introduced himself as the sales manager. He told me that the car was sold and I could choose another colour. I told him that I drove this distance and took a day off to drive this vehicle. It was at this time that the sales manager said..."Did anyone tell you that this vehicle wasn't sold"? "Did someone promise you that this vehicle was available". I was shocked!! I told him that I had never in my life booked a test drive at a dealership and been told the car wasn't available! He said it wasn't his fault that cars were hard to get due to the floods in BC! He proceeded to tell me that I needed to choose another vehicle with persuasive tactics. It was at this point that my husband returned from restroom and he asked what was going on. The sales manager didn't even acknowledge my husband or answer him. He talked over him at me. My husband said the colour and trim etc we wished to purchase was the one we test drove. The sales manager simply ignored him and kept his focus on me. This whole time the sales person who set this all up with us is hiding at another desk laying low. We got up and left the dealership not before me telling the sales manager that I could not believe what had just happened here today and I would be leaving a review of their dealership so as to save others the time and aggravation. The sales manager followed me out of the dealership on my heals all the while saying "What did you say"...trying to bully me and to tell you the truth I was a little scared by his behaviour. All of the cars including the one I test drove are all still listed for sale as inventory on their website and on auto trader! I believe this is all a scam to get people into the dealership to test drive the one vehicle they have on site of that model and then try to pressure people into purchasing another vehicle when they get them there. Looking back on this whole experience it now makes total sense and they are quite calculating and very slick with their approach. This is the first bad review I have ever made on any business but I had to do this to save others from getting this kind of treatment at Bank Street Mazda. Stay far away! More
