Having researched the car thoroughly before going to Bank Street KIA, I only had a few questions which Sarah was able to answer without hesitation and to my complete satisfaction. The car I was to buy was on display at a golf course not far from the dealership, so off we went in another Optima hybrid to have a look. It was a sunny Saturday morning and when we got to the golf course, one of the course workers took us to the third tee in a golf cart. We spent some time going over the many features of the car which Sarah seemd to know like the back of her hand. Then it was back to the dealership to talk money. There was never any pressure during negotiations and I was pleased with the result. Frank Daoud walked me through the paperwork and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. When I left, I felt that I had got a great deal and no second thoughts. I've had my Optima hybrid for two weeks now and can't say enough about it.
