Very poor sales tactics! I went in telling myself that I was not going to purchase anything extra, because the prices have a ridiculous markup. After much negotiation, I reluctantly agreed to the rust proofing & detailing package because I was told that the oil change package would be thrown in for free if I took the deal (that was a good deal in my mind). When I came in the sign the papers I noticed that there was a $425 oil change package charge on my agreement! I was not happy and Isko threw in some more free items that quite honestly I did not need or want. He finally offered to remove the oil change package, actually making my deal even worse...I agree that $425 was a good deal for the oil change package, but the point is that it was offered for free, which is why I took the deal in the first place. I completed a survey that was sent by the General Manager and I expressed my displeasure. I explained the situation and how I was mislead and also told him that I would never come back for service or a another new car purchase. I have yet to hear back from the dealership. Very disappointed with my experience! More

We found him to be very knowledgeable in his product line and extremely pleasant to deal with. He was very patient with all our questions and, overall, was the best auto salesman I have ever interacted with (and I am in my 60's). He was very informative as to all the discounts I could get and even offered to have me borrow one of your demos for a few hours for a more thorough test drive. Hassan Abdallah, the Sales Consultant, was extremely knowledgeable about the various features of all the vehicles, and the comparative aspects between them. He was extremely professional in his approach in every way. Patrick Laroche, the Finance Manager, clearly 'knew his stuff' backwards and forwards. He explained every detail in simple language, and was extremely organized and efficient. His pleasant manner and mature bearing clearly marked him as an exemplary professional with a great career ahead of him. We had two terrible experiences and will never return to this service center. Both times we were overcharged and the problems we brought the vehicle in for were not solved. Twice we brought it for a recalle this service center. Both times we were overcharged and the problems we brought the vehicle in for were not solved. Twice we brought it for a recalled part - both times they didn't have the part in stock (although we had made an appointment in advance - nobody called to say we should rescheduled the appointment because they would be unable to do the work). The first time we brought it in we asked they fix several chips in our windshield - they did fix some but not all and we called them about it they said it must've happened after we left :(. Last time we took it in was for a pronounced squeek in the back when we drive over bumps. They said the mechanic took it out for two test drives and didn't hear it so they didn't fix it. We insisted a mechanic come out with us when we went back to pick up the car and the noise happened twice before we left the parking lot. The problem is caused by a part that has been recalled on other years of the Sorento and the mechanic who drove with us (not the one who worked on the car) told us he worked on the same issue on another Sorento that day. When we told the employee at the service desk he told us that we should have taken the mechanic out for a drive when we dropped the car off - although we were nto asked to do that (and never have been before). We also had a service package done while the car was there and a leak in one of tires fixzed. The tire seems fine now. However, the service person called and told us there was other work that needed to be done for the warranty and asked if we wanted it done. We said yes if we need to do it for the warranty then we will have to do it. We checked the warranty after we picked up the vehicle and the employee was wrong - which cost us almost $200 more. When we mentioned it, he said, well I did discuss it with you before we did the work. True. But clearly we would not have wasted the money if we didn't need to do the work. The customer service was horrible. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They were rude overpriced and entirely ineffective - which was amplified by the fact that when we brought our issues forward, they not only did not fix the problem, or offer us anything - they actually tried to blame ineffectiveness on us by basically arguing with us and saying it was our fault because we didn't take the mechanixc for a test drive - which we gladly would've done had we been asked as my husband took the day off of work to take care of the car. More
