finally got my new car I have had an old mini van for years now and I knew a new vehicle was soon needed. I looked at a few various makes and models but nothing really wowed me. Finally my van was becoming more of a problem then anything and no longer worth the repairs. I was originally recorecommend to a used honda dealership on the other end of town. I went there and found a 2013 Hyundai sonata that was nice comfy and seemed like the car my family would appreciate. We started the process to purchase. Over the next almost 2 weeks, we had problems after problems, they kept making excuses, saying they needed more information and more personal doccuments from my boyfriend and I. Finally one afternoon the woman called us and told us she didnt want to work with the bank anymore, and told us we should buy a lesser vehicle on the lot (an old car they were pushing since we walked onto the lot). We were tired of the back and forth and the hassel of two weeks, no new car, not even a simple bank approval or deny. Since we no longer wished to work with that dealership we decided to check out an actual Hyundai dealer. End of the year clearance sales were being advertised and we wanted to see if we could get something similar to the sonata that we drove. There was no longer any 2014 sonatas available unfortunately but with the sale the hybrid model was a very good price. After the long and stressful experience with honda , we were expecting roughly the same time line with Hyundai. Thankfully we didnt have to wait another two weeks. Soon after we toom our new car home with no problems. Everyone we worked with was super friendly, and worked hard to ensure we got what we both wanted and needed. More

John is an extremely affable, knowledgeable, and professional individual, not at all like the stereotypical car sales person. He did NOT pressure me in any way, he listened, paid attention to what I was and was not saying and made me an offer I couldn't refuse on my new car. Unfortunately, John was so good at his job, he's been promoted!! Ashur was equally friendly and professional. He spoke to me in plain english, not tiny print gobbledygook. He explained all of my options, made sensible suggestions and like John did NOT pressure me in any way. I would happily deal with both individuals any time again. I paid a visit on an evening I thought was advertised as Midnight Madness (I was so very wrong - oth I had a lovely experience at Bank Street Hyundai. I paid a visit on an evening I thought was advertised as Midnight Madness (I was so very wrong - other location). Everyone made me feel very welcome, regardless, so I took a gander at the used lot. My first encountered staff member was Fakhri. He gave me an honest, non-pushy and informative run-down on the vehicles that caught my eye. Shahir stayed WELL past closing time to give me the opportunity to test-drive the car I was most curious about (thank you!). The next day, it was Naser that really sold me on the car, sharing his own experiences of owning the same vehicle. He didn't even work on that lot, but that's how caring the dealership is, a passerby asks if you need a hand and sells a car in the meantime. He was just that good! Shahir and Fakhri were patient and accommodating in the process of negotiation and, twice, inquired about my satisfaction with my experience at Bank Street Hyundai. We struck a deal and the rest was history. :) I had heard nightmare stories of women on used car lots being lied to and taken advantage of by dealers. My experience was nothing but positive. Christoph was exceptionally warm and friendly during the final wrap-up of the paper work. I appreciated his patience with a few glitches on my end.
