They charged me $250 for diagnostics and said i needed a new air bag for $1500 which led me to call hyundai canada and spend several hours on the phone trying get them to pay for it since its a safety issue. A few weeks ago i lost the back water spray as well which took me to Hyundai Barrhaven this time they opened up my car and found out right away that i had a rodent in the panels of my car that was eating away the pipes and wires. it cost me 300 and they fixed the pipe and the air bag, which leads me to believe that bank street hyundai was just trying to rip me off $1500. They still got me for 250 but lesson learnt on my part. i would highly encourage everyone to stay away from them, Customer service is horrible as well. When i went in the service guy was rude. I also got this uneasy feeling of being ripped off when i was there as well because the entire time they were interested in getting a deposit for a new air bag right away. So stay away people. More

Horrible service 2015 Genesis under warranty. Took it in for being placed in limp mode after idle for 10 minutes or more. After a full day at the service departmen 2015 Genesis under warranty. I Was told a part would need to be changed and they would call me when it came in. Months went by, I finally called to follow up and they had forgotten to order the part. After another few months, the part came in and I tried to schedule an apt while I was away on business, but they wouldn't let me leave it for a few days, "It's not free parking!" I just called back to book the apt. but its been about 60 days since they called me with the part, and now apparently it was sent back to the depot. They return it after 30 days, which no one told me either. The person on the phone was extremely rude, and even though he answers the phone in the service department, stated "We're not here for your service!" Absolutely worst phone conversation I've ever had. Call was on Nov. 7, 2019 at 1:29 pm Once this repair is complete, I won't be going to this dealer anymore. *** Not sure if it was Like that I was dealing with, but it forces me to select an employee so I picked the first name. Scammers I went to trade in my Nissan Sentra that I still owed $6000 on. I was told by the finance guy that the balance left owing on my old car would be “take I went to trade in my Nissan Sentra that I still owed $6000 on. I was told by the finance guy that the balance left owing on my old car would be “taken care of” (in my head, meaning they were going to basically give me what I owed towards the new car). Well I call today, over 2 years later and come to find out that it was not “taken care of”. They paid $2000 for my old car and rolled the $4000 into my new contract. I do know that this is usually how it works, so when I was originally told it would be taken care of, I was surprised, but I was impressed and went ahead and signed everything (trusting what the finance guy had just told me, I stupidly didn’t read through the contract properly). I just called for clarification on what would would happen to this loan since I was in an accident the other day, and the finance guy, Chris was very short with me. He was very impatient and acting like I had inconvenienced him by simply trying to understand what was going on. He got defensive before I even figured things out, and then told me he would help me get a new car and “take care” of this loan. xxxx no Chris... you lied to me the first time, but I’m smarter now and I will never ever do business there again. More
