They are so very friendly and helpful when you are looking/buying a car, but as soon as you have a problem after the vehicle has been purchased, they completely disappear. I had no idea that it was possible to purchase a car under someone else's name, but I am proof that it is truly very simple. So go ahead, take someone's car off the street and you can trade it in for a brand spanking new car easily at Bank St Hyundai. They don't call you back when they say they will. They make promises and then take them back a few days later. The only fantastic person at this dealership is Sam. He goes above and beyond to try and fulfill your every need. Do not go here! More

I have nothing but good things to say - they're amazing. We are SO happy that we decided to go to Bank Street Hyundai. After a terrible experience with another dealership, we were without any vehicle and wanted to get a Hyundai Santa Fe - and we needed to get it as soon as possible. Working with Naser and Ashur could not have been more enjoyable. They treated us like friends, and made sure that we got to experience some of the fun of getting a new car, while ensuring that we got the best possible deal and everything we were looking for in a new vehicle. Naser was very helpful at reviewing the features in the Santa Fe and always replied to my calls and texts very quickly. Ashur made the finance part go very smoothly and made sure that we were happy with our final package, taking the time to really explain some of the options so we were able to make informed choices. Both Naser and Ashur went out of their way to make sure that we were happy, and to make sure that we got our new car as quickly as possible. A breath of fresh air!! I started looking for a car two months ago with two other dealerships in town. One had horrible inventory in all their locations across town and the I started looking for a car two months ago with two other dealerships in town. One had horrible inventory in all their locations across town and the other was too short staffed and I found I was chasing them down and getting constantly frustrated on their lack of customer service and in the end inventory as well. Less then a week ago I made a last ditch phone call to see if the Hyundai I was dreaming of really did exist. Nasser had renewed my faith in the car buying experience with in a 2min call and with in 5mins I had a call back, with in an hour all my questions had been answered, and with in 4 hours of the call I was in the dealership going through the financial process that took days and weeks at the other two competitors!! Chris was amazing and put up with my and all my frustrations from all whole experience and went above and beyond the call of duty and got me into a better car than I was expecting at an incredible deal. I am not good with technology at all and Naser walked me through all 10, 000 buttons in the car with out rushing or rolling his eyes at me once which to me with my crazy questions was amazing!!! Last night I got my car and the experience was incredible!!! And I learned a big lesson if you want a quick, professional and caring experience don't go any where but Bank Street Hyundai!! Guys thank you so much again... You have a customer for life :) More
