Hello Chris, We take all concerns seriously at Bank Street Hyundai. Your concern as Bait and Switch is unfounded, as we have a strict policy and procedure at Bank Street Hyundai. We do not hold cars with out having 2 items: (1) An Agreed Price (2) a Deposit to hold the car, followed by a signed Bill of Sale as soon as possible. As for your specific situation, the car you requested was never in our district, and Naser had mentioned his intent to try and get the vehicle shipped across the country for you. Unfortunately we do not hold car that are not sold much less can we hold cars that are at other dealerships. I am sorry about your experience, and hope you can understand our position, and respect that Naser did call to notify you that he could no longer get your desired vehicle prior to your scheduled visit to our dealership. Thank you for your response. Unfortunately our accounts differ slightly. Nasser indicated that he had located the car. We had agreed upon a price. We told him we would be in on Wednesday. As a consumer, to be called that same day to be told the car had now been sold was flabbergasting. in addition, why was this deal not offered when my son and I were standing in your dealership? Why wait four days?This whole thing could have been avoided as were there, fully prepared to sign a deal My second frustration was leaving a message with your dealership that same day to have a sales manager call me. I was told by your chat support to ask for Amir or Mark. I called and was told that you were not in but Amir was. I never received a call. While I appreciate your response, I will not be changing my review. The most unfortunate part is my son is 19. You had an opportunity to gain a long time customer.
