Unfortunately, dealer rating often benefits from customers still in the initial honeymoon purchase phase and reviews like mine go unnoticed. I wish I'd taken the time to look into Bank Street Hyundai's post-purchase reviews. I purchased my car back in 2014, got a good deal, and the experience was great. However, the car has had multiple problems since that time, and Bank Street Hyundai has absolved themselves of any responsibility. They blame the customer, refuse to communicate, up to the point where I was rather bluntly told that my opinion was irrelevant, and that no matter how many people I decided to tell (friends and family) about my experience with them, they would still remain the largest volume dealer in Canada. I'm a senior manager for a customer service department, and if any one of my employees ever got to the point where they thought our company was big enough or successful enough to flat out disregard a customer's concerns and fail to live up to their commitment of excellent service, I'd dismiss them. While I recommend the place if you want a great purchase experience and good deal, I strongly caution you to avoid Bank Street Hyundai if you expect anything beyond that. God help you if your vehicle has any trouble whatsoever. More

Great experience I met with Naser Sharif on Tuesday afternoon in the middle of a snowstorm. He couldn't have been nicer. He welcomed me with a big smile and was friend I met with Naser Sharif on Tuesday afternoon in the middle of a snowstorm. He couldn't have been nicer. He welcomed me with a big smile and was friendly and informative. Not pushy. I test drove the Elantra L and the model I wanted was the SE. It wasn't available at that moment but made an appt. for the next day and it was waiting for me to drive. A friend was with me who did the negotiating and Naser was great. Met with Ernesto next and the deal was sealed. Picked up the car on Saturday and it was bright and shiny and Nasir went over everything to make sure I knew how everything worked. Answered all the questions I had. It was a great experience. More

Best Mistake I Ever Made It was my first new car...so needless to say I was full of apprehension, anxious, uncertain. I drive an hour to and from work every day so I needed so It was my first new car...so needless to say I was full of apprehension, anxious, uncertain. I drive an hour to and from work every day so I needed something reliable, economic, and pet friendly. Being female in a prominently male industry I had my concerns I wasn't going to be taken seriously, or worse still, taken advantage of. I'd done my research so knew what I wanted....just not sure of what I needed. My first contact was Ali....a young man who put me at ease as soon as I arrived. Dealing with Ali was like talking to my little brother...he was almost as excited as I was about getting a new car. Very polite, and friendly. He introduced me to Amir, the dealer manager. Amir really listened to my situation and was able to relate to much of what I was saying. It's like he knew exactly what they needed to do for me right away. He gives you the feeling that he dropped everything to make sure he dealt one on one with you. Ashur, he was my rock. He asked every question I could ever think of...gave his opinion and made many suggestions on what he felt would be the best for me. Without any "salesman" pitch he was able to pick out the best package that would put me exactly where I needed to be. It's like he knew better than I did! All in all, Amir, Ali, & Ashur were like dealing with family. Roaming onto the wrong site, was the best mistake I ever made :-) More
