It wasn't available at that moment but made an appt. for the next day and it was waiting for me to drive. A friend was with me who did the negotiating and Naser was great. Met with Ernesto next and the deal was sealed. Picked up the car on Saturday and it was bright and shiny and Nasir went over everything to make sure I knew how everything worked. Unfortunately, dealer rating often benefits from customers still in the initial honeymoon purchase phase and reviews like mine go unnoticed. I wish I'd taken the time to look into Bank Street Hyundai's post-purchase reviews. I purchased my car back in 2014, got a good deal, and the experience was great. However, the car has had multiple problems since that time, and Bank Street Hyundai has absolved themselves of any responsibility. They blame the customer, refuse to communicate, up to the point where I was rather bluntly told that my opinion was irrelevant, and that no matter how many people I decided to tell (friends and family) about my experience with them, they would still remain the largest volume dealer in Canada. I'm a senior manager for a customer service department, and if any one of my employees ever got to the point where they thought our company was big enough or successful enough to flat out disregard a customer's concerns and fail to live up to their commitment of excellent service, I'd dismiss them. While I recommend the place if you want a great purchase experience and good deal, I strongly caution you to avoid Bank Street Hyundai if you expect anything beyond that. God help you if your vehicle has any trouble whatsoever. More
