Generally good experience - except Went in there for service recently. I can say I wouldn't recommend going to in there to see Luke. I make an appointment with Shahir for 11:00 AM Monday and by 1:00 PM I had a brand new car reserved for me. Shahir listened to me, was very respectful and very informative. I appreciated that there wasn't hours of 'let me talk to my manager' back and forth. When that type of negotiations go on I find myself ready to walk out. Shahir only did that once. When I asked a question he had the answer. The financing was done with Ernesto. This is the third vehicle that I have financed through Ernesto. He is so friendly, knowledgeable and caring that talking finances can actually be fun. He put together a deal that had my best interests at heart. My husband has recently passed away and I found that Ernesto did not try to up sell things to me just because I was a woman alone. That can often be the case but Ernesto was very respectful and wanted to be sure I had a deal I was comfortable with. I would recommend Ernesto to anyone. All and all buying my car was a very pleasant experience. More

We were able to get a test drive going in very little time. The salesperson was wonderful, fun, knowledgeable and helpful. We started out looking at a used vehicle and decided instead to by new....our first SUV. They had exactly what we wanted and we're able to pick it up within 2 days. Overall our experience was very positive and we're happy to have a relationship with this dealership going forward. More

Fantastic experience for my first NEW car! I originally came in to Hyundai looking to test drive a Mazda CX-5 that they had in their used inventory lot. I absolutely hated it. I did the test I originally came in to Hyundai looking to test drive a Mazda CX-5 that they had in their used inventory lot. I absolutely hated it. I did the test drive with Shahir and he was a blast to chat with. He said to try out a Hyundai Tucson 2016, so we did it… i LOVED it! It was a fantastic driving experience, Shahir told me everything about the history of this car and it’s new “super structure”. So we arranged for me to purchase it and ran into a few road bumps because of my credit issues from the past. Finally, after a few days of work from Ashur, I was able to purchase the Tucson and had an amazing experience with everything from the test drive, to purchasing and now driving it! I would definitely recommend anyone to try out the Tucson and come and experience the amazing customer experience at Hyundai that I felt when purchasing this vehicle!
