If your looking for a new Hyundai ask for Shahir he couldn't be a nicer guy and he got me into a nicer trim for less then i thought i would have to pay. Ashur the finance man! was also great to work with got me an even better deal with some little extras at the end. Like i said there #1 for a reason! Thanks again Shahir & Ashur! More

Once you've made it clear you're not in the mood for xx.. AN OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!! Let me explain. In August of 2013 we bought a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2.0T AWD Limited. The top of the li AN OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!! Let me explain. In August of 2013 we bought a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2.0T AWD Limited. The top of the line model with everything. We loved it..... Up until the 23rd of April when we upgraded to a 2016 SFS 2.0T AWD Limited. Around mid April, We received one of many calls that Hyundai had made saying that they want our used car because the U.S. market is screaming for them blah blah. We went through this in the past where we bit at the chance to get a brand new car for the same payments with a full reset on the loan. This was OK with us only in the past, Hyundai looked at the numbers and said that is was not possible blah blah....... That all changed come mid April. We received a call from a Doug sometime around April 14 saying that he has "GREAT NEWS". I knew what it was going to be and my wife was sick and tired of these calls but I was curious. I called back and explained that I was not in the mood for xxxxxxxx and was passed to one of Hyundai's customer retention team members (not sure if that is his official title) named Rob Flagg. Rob was the one who sealed the deal OVER THE PHONE no less. He confirmed our current monthly payments taxes in and said "yeah we can do it! The exact same car only in the 2016 model. Same model features and upgrades. EVERYTHING! You continue to pay the same amount per month, the only thing that changes is that the exact same loan resets to ZERO." I told Rob not to toy with my emotions. And he swore that it's legit. Long Story short we got what we wanted thanks to the sales team at Bank Street Hyundai. Our sales team was Justin, Young-in Yoo Juan Carlos and Ashur Younan. Seeing as how we just wanted the car and knew the sales process I told Justin to give the Finance Manager a heads up that we just want to sign the papers and get out. No little hot box session where they pull you in the back for hours to try to upsell you on a bunch of products and services. Well it worked. From the time we said yes, it only took 20 mins to sign the papers and get out. Juan Carlos even offered to swap out our winter tires free of charge as we had just purchased them summer of 2015. Bank St Hyundai is FAR from where we live. We don't like the drive but we have never had a truly foul experience there. Yes, sometimes we had to wait for service to be done but that industry has its own dynamics and no reason to ding a dealership for in regards to this experience. I am a TRULY skeptic person when it comes to automobile purchases and trust NO-ONE. It's always business and numbers and making sure the customer comes back, and we gladly came back. Not only that but we continue to recommend Bank Street Hyundai to our friends and family whenever we can. Thank You Justin, Juan Carlos and Ashur but above all, thank you Rob Flagg for making things happen *quickly* and giving us another great platform for which to promote your product. I Never thought I'd own a Hyundai but the company and its product have certainly changed. I have been very impressed with what we had in the 2013 SFS and continue to be impressed with our new 2016 SFS. BRAVO TEAM!!!! More
