Cleanliness of car and office staff My wife has told me that the used car we purchased, a 2012 Veloster, could have been a little bit cleaner when we picked it up from the dealership. My wife has told me that the used car we purchased, a 2012 Veloster, could have been a little bit cleaner when we picked it up from the dealership. When I called the office in order to get some information requested by my insurance broker, the lady said that she would have to fax the information to the broker because no finance officers were available to look for the information. She also said that the salesman who sold us the car, not she, would confirm by phone that the information had been sent. After waiting for awhile with no news from the dealership, the broker decided to contact the dealership directly. That was a little bit annoying. However, the two individuals we had the most contact with, Stuart and Ashur, were very pleasant to work with. More
