The advertised special was not there and we had been told it was, we were upset to say the least. Since the salesman had no straight answer for us we left. My wife called the General Manager Amir and let him know what had happened. He apologized and asked us to call him if ever we wanted a vehicle and that he would deal with us himself. About 8 months went by and l was in need of a new vehicle. Amir dealt with us himself and gave us the best deal we had been offered yet on a 2017 Santa Fe. We are now the owners of a great car and we have been back once for a minor problem which was handled by the sales team and repair area in a very quick and professional way. Known as the 'man with the hat', Raul went out of his way to help us, kept us smiling with his stories from Peru and his family and made us feel we were dealing with a real person. Glen, the sales manager, was also extremely helpful and made sure we were happy with the vehicle we wanted at a good price. Christoph, in finance, finished the deal and had everything ready for us on the delivery day. The finance manager was very good. Among other things he facilitated my insurance agent getting the documents she needed. They willingly got the color of car I wanted from another dealer. The salesman did an excellent job of showing me all the details on the car when I picked it up. All in all a good experience from start to finish. I have never bought a car with so little hassle.
