With no fake smiles and just a laid back atmosphere it felt more like talking with a car specialist neighbour during paperwork, a fun and relaxed atmosphere not the tense feeling you normally get. If my mother felt comfortable and at home the entire time, you bet it means it was quite assuring. The prices are the best you can get for a Hyundai anywhere in Ottawa; the test drive is something some dealerships will only let you do if you request it, but here, they suggest it to you on the spot and get you into one very quick and smooth so that you know you are comfortable with what you are purchasing your hard earned money on. The entire process was fun with Justin, having a little fun poking during negotiation, and no time wasting with useless things, with questions and concerns answered promptly in a direct and easy to understand manner -without any catches. He took the time to explain every detail, and we thank him for the time he used to get us into the right vehicle fast and problem free. Even gave us his personal contact to ensure everything was running smooth and for any problems that may arise, true professional service. I believe all the reps at this dealership are probably at this level (the ratings show it). Overall we are very happy with this dealership staff, Justin, and our car and highly recommend it. I also want to note that I received excellent service from Mark Molleken who I dealt with in making a very generous deal for my new car. Initial contact with dealership for this round was the internet. Rabieh N. responded to my request for information within minutes of sending the message. Rabieh was very helpful in guiding us with the steps to provide the necessary information to start the sales process (buy-out, etc...) During the sale's process, Rabieh was very attentive to our needs in terms of budget, requirements and general use we make of our vehicles. He worked hard on our behalf to maximize our trade-in value, and maximize our savings on the new vehicle. I had a price in mind for my vehicle and Rabieh and the team made it happen. Extremely professional and courteous. A real pleasure to deal with. On the finance side, we worked with both Ashur Y. and Joe Y. who in turn added to an already wonderful buying experience. Again these gentlemen took the time to understand our needs, and offered protection that we needed and not the other way around. Our intentions, at the time of purchase of the previous vehicles was to keep them a long time, so an extended warranty was good back then. However, these two latest purchases make it 5 Hyundais in the last 10 years for us. This time around, they offered us different options which would also benefit us down the road - knowing will probably be back in 4 to 5 years to change again. Bank Street Hyundai is not the #1 Volume dealer in Canada out of chance. The dealership's unique and professional approach to sales and their attention to details are really what makes this the only place to buy a Hyundai if you live in the Ottawa -Gatineau area. Faysal Akl greeted us and was extreemly friendly, we were looking at many models and were interested first in the Santa Fe but my eye caught the Red hyundai Elantra SE, Faysal let us test drive the Santa Fee as we were considering to purchase a 2011 model but I decided to buy the Elantra GT 2013 instead as you offered o% down and Faysal explained all the options and the warrantys and extra warrantys and the financing was explained buy Ashur Younan which gave us a geat deal.The car took 4 week to come in, as I wanted a Red Elantra GT. but was certainly worth the wait. Faysal took us out to the car and explained everything in detail which was very helpful and we will highly recommend him as our Sales Representative to everyone, Thankyou Faysal for your patience with us and for your kindness to us, I really enjoy my car.
