It all started with an email sent to inquire about a new Sonata....shortly after I received a reply from Faysal Akl......and then a follow up phone call....I stated what I wanted to buy and my expectations Sonata....shortly after I received a reply from Faysal Akl......and then a follow up phone call....I stated what I wanted to buy and my expectations for what I had to trade....being 200 km away we both had to be honest and realistic with each other to ensure the next step would happen....which was for me to drive up to show my trade in vehicle.....Faysal was quite certain we could make the deal happen based on the information given. The appointment was set for first thing Saturday morning in which Faysal had promised to skip his morning coffee to take me out for one. The first time in my life buying a car has a car salesman taken my family and I out and buy coffee....we continued with the test drive....went back and crunched numbers until I was perfectly happy with the deal, getting his boss Amir Esmailian to also make sure everything was fully explained and no detail left uncovered. The experience with Faysal was one I will never forget...right from the initial meeting to the day of delivery....everything was properly in order just as promised. I was introduced to Joe Younes who handled all the financing with me and made sure nothing was left out for when I picked up the new car....which I must add has been a great car with no complaints. Faysal went over every detail with the car on day of delivery to ensure that I was familiar with all of its features and safety devices. I'm quite sure if I have to go back for any problems the dealership will take care of every need I have. The experience is one that makes me want other people to know the great staff at Bank Street Hyundai and that one dealership that should never be overlooked when buying a new car. More

We visited Hyundai on Bank Street because we were satisfied with our last Sonata purchase and we were window shopping for a new vehicle.
