Naser and Louis were the sales consultants that my wife and I worked with at the dealership. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and very low pressure. We met with Naser on our first visit and he was very helpful answering our questions about the Santa Fe XL. We came back for a second visit and met with Louis (Naser's sales partner), since Naser wasn't in that day. Louis took us for a nice long test drive, worked through some numbers in terms of trade in value and discount on the vehicle, and was generally very nice to work with. Even though we didn't buy the car that day, we still felt like there wasn't any pressure and there were no "this offer expires if you leave" offers. After checking out a few competing vehicles, we returned the next day and hammered out a deal for a very nice Santa Fe XL that we are very happy about. The trade in process on our old vehicle was far less stressful than I thought it would be, and delivery of the new car was very speedy. Mark, the Sales Manager, also helped to finalize our deal. Like Louis and Naser, he was very low pressure and very good at helping us get down to a number we were comfortable with. Ernesto, the Finance Manager, was great to work with as well. He explained the financing, went over every part of our deal to make sure we were 100% informed about our purchase and was very friendly. I would highly recommend Bank Street Hyundai to anybody who is looking to buy one of these vehicles. If you happen to get Naser or Louis as your sales consultant, you will definitely be in good hands. More

I did not think it to be a wise idea from the beginning, however after having dealt with three of Dilwari's employees this passed week-end, I am now convinced that I couldn't have made a better or wiser decision. All the employees are so helpful, everyone answered my questions with great detail, showed me things that I didn't even know I should be asking.
