I was compelled to write a review about this dealership and the two gentlemen who assisted me. I am a single mother of two and have found myself in one bad car deal after another. I decided to go to Bank and the two gentlemen who assisted me. I am a single mother of two and have found myself in one bad car deal after another. I decided to go to Bank Street Hyundia in hopes to get some guidance and a vehicle I would love. When I arrived at the dealership I was approached by a young man named Juan; he was extremely professional and curiosity. I told him what I was looking for and current situation with my vehicle. Juan asked me to make a list of the things I wanted from a vehicle, what I needed and what monthly payment I was comfortable with. He took all of that information and helped me get into the vehicle of my dream and to my surprise the monthly payment was much much lower than I expected. Ernesto helped me get the financing I needed and at no point made me feel stupid with the decisions I had previously made. Like they say third time is the charm. These two are like a dream team. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Omar Mohammed, a well dressed, well spoken fella. He was very nice and slow to explain everything to me to make sure I understood it all. He even sat down with me and dissected the payments so I dont have any surprises. I couldn't believe how easy it all was. I don't think I could've done it without Omar.
