We are sorry for the miscommunication this client received at our dealership. At the time of the delivery this issue was presented and we made efforts to resolve the miscommunication. To the extent that we offered the client to not take possession of the vehicle if they felt uncomfortable with the purchase decision. After discussing the issues between our sales staff member, our General manager and the client, we were under the impression that any issues had been resolved. We strive to ensure our staff show the specifications of the vehicle being purchased at the time of negotiating on all new vehicles sold at Bank Street Hyundai. We are sorry of the problems encountered on this occasion, and hope that a scenario like this will not be repeated.
