Great Customer Service - New Car Sales I went to Bank St Hyundai on Monday May 26th to talk to them about trading my 2013 Genesis for a 2014 Genesis, as I liked the changes that the 2014 ha I went to Bank St Hyundai on Monday May 26th to talk to them about trading my 2013 Genesis for a 2014 Genesis, as I liked the changes that the 2014 had over the 2013, i.e. key-less door unlock and starting vehicle, backup camera etc. Also I wasn't very happy with what happened last year when I purchased my 2013 Genesis, and because of that I just wanted to start fresh again. I met with Hadi and he was very welcoming, attentive to my needs and his knowledge of the Genesis was exceptional. He explained that there was nothing they could do pertaining to last years deal but that he would take care of me with the purchase of the 2014 Genesis. I was very pleased with everyone involved, as they took the time to explain everything to me. I was also very happy that they included a few extras and were able to meet my monthly budget. When I met with Joe he was very professional and did a great job explaining the price details and warranties to me. When I picked up the vehicle on Friday everything was done as promised and Hadi did an amazing job going over the car in detail. Overall this experience was much better and I felt good with the everything they did for me. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my family and friends. More

If you come prepared, and know your stuff, you will walk away happy. They were also very good post-delivery. I had a small ding on my car when I picked it up, and they arranged to repair it quickly. Bank Street Hyundai - willing to work for your business! I'm not from Ottawa, but a friend of mine just bought an Elantra GT and Bank Street Hyundai was able to beat his local dealer by a huge margin! From his recommendation I too contacted Shahir Moradi ( and Joe Younes was my finance guy) and purchased a 2014 Elantra GLS and once again they were able to beat the local Hyundai dealership for price by a wide margin...well worth the two hour drive! Shahir and co. were friendly, informative and willing to work with us to get out of town business and I would highly recommend Bank Street Hyundai ( and have to everyone who has asked me about my new car....) When I picked up the car Justin went through setting up my Bluetooth, etc. Ashur was great answering all my questions and helping me get the best deal. We came back to Bank Street Hyundai because of the excellent service we received when we purchased our first new vehicle (it was a Santa Fe 2004). We returned a second time and met Kevin. He helped us to buy a new Elantra in 2010. We returned a third time because of Kevin; he was so caring and took his time with us when we were trying to decide. He was so polite and NOT pushy and we really appreciated his thoughtfulness. Finally, we returned recently to purchase another Hyundai only to find out that Kevin is no longer selling cars. He met with us and introduced us to Justin Yoo. Justin was just as warm and friendly as Kevin. We felt like we were in good hands. He listened to our needs and helped us to buy a new Tucson 2014. We love our new Tucson. You need to know that the ONLY reason we returned to Bank Street Hyundai was because of the great service from Kevin. Now we have another reason to return: Justin!
