For me, when I walk into a delaership I expect to be approached by a sales rep. I expect them to try and push on me the car that kinda suits my needs but mostly suits their pocket book. To my satisfaction this never happened at this dealership. My sales professional Toufic Habib was exactly what I needed at exactly the right moment. He was PROFESSIONAL. Toufic took the time to understand my needs on so many different levels. In order to sell someone the second largest purchase of their lives you need to know them to a certian degree on both a professional level and a personal level. You should understand what will make them think of you as a trusted advisor and not a guy trying to pedal a car. Toufic did this and did it well. Toufic cut through the rederick and was able to get me into the perfect vehicle for my family and I. In the car industry based on my many purchases Toufic is as good as it gets. I was then handed over to Chris Hadad to complete the financing. Again a professional that exceeded the rather high bar of expectations I set out when dealing at this level. After all I`m not buying McDonalds for the kids. Its a serious investement. Chris was able to offer me options, different payment terms, different financial institutions and talk through different strategies for me and what would best suit me. An overall experience that will keep me coming back time and time again aslong as my vehicle of choice is Hyundai. To be honest I like in Kanata but chose to deal with Bank St Hyundai literally passing every other Hyundai delaership my city has to offer specifically for that partnership of Toufic and Chris. Great job to both of them and keep up the good work. On a side note I sent a friend of mine to purchase a car from them based on my experience. I spoke to her about this review and she said it couldnt have been more accurate. She also wanted me to add that when it came to financing she didnt have the credit she thought she did. Chris got it done anyways. So we have a winning sales duo with a financial guy that can get credit for someone when no one else can. Think about that. Again great job. More
