The used vehicle appraiser was rude and condescending. I walked out and will never return. I have no idea why there are so many issues with this dealership. The good news is that London is only an hour aw I walked out and will never return. I have no idea why there are so many issues with this dealership. The good news is that London is only an hour away and Shawn Longworth at Toyotatown is awesome to deal with. More
Visited the dealership with my wife a previous customer on JULY 28/02 and put down a $1OOO deposit on a 2022 prius prime. Was told by the salesman that he thought he would have the car in 3 months. 2023 on JULY 28/02 and put down a $1OOO deposit on a 2022 prius prime. Was told by the salesman that he thought he would have the car in 3 months. 2023 came along and we where told by him that they where only getting three of those cars in and we where getting one. Sept came along we went to dealership and where told we would have to wait till 2024. That was the of relationship with Bailey Toyota we did get our deposit back. Went down the street to Sarnia and bought 2023 Nissan no problem and are very happy with it. More
I had an amazing experience with Tony Jurilj at Bailey Toyota. Immediately, he gave me a very good price....far better than every other Toyota dealer in Ontario. Shady Toyota: New name for the Stealer-Ship Summary of my xxxxty experience : July 2022: Place deposit on 2 upcoming gas engine vehicles as I wasn’t sure of which one to buy and as none was available t my xxxxty experience : July 2022: Place deposit on 2 upcoming gas engine vehicles as I wasn’t sure of which one to buy and as none was available to test drive on the lot (crazy times to buy a new/used vehicle) Paid the dealership a deposit of $2,000.00 August 2022: Both the cars arrived, checked them and I did not like them, hence asked my sales guy to release them for others to buy. I leave my $2k deposit with the dealership and tell them I will use it towards a different vehicle potentially a hybrid if one becomes available down the road. Salesman agrees and he mentions they will hold onto the $2k deposit and use it towards the next vehicle I decide on. (No issues until then) Sept 2022: Fast forward to last week, dealership puts up a advt. for a used vehicle for sale. I ask my salesman if it’s available, he says it is and I ask him to draw up the paperwork and if numbers work out I will purchase it. He sends me an agreement and we go thorough the usual negotiation and decide on a final price in agreement/approval from his manager. I tell him to use my existing $2000 deposit towards this car and I will be there the to finalize the financing of the rest with the business manager. This is where things turn ugly; I get a message from the sales guy the day I am supposed to drive in to finalize everything : Sorry the car is sold. I ask him what the heck are you saying and how does a car which already has my deposit on it get sold to someone else. Reason he gives: Manager said the deposit which was paid for one car cannot be used towards other. For 3 months they hold onto my money and at no point of time, EVER mention such a thing Actual Reason (Assumption/Probably true): Someone else probably came in and paid an premium and the Stealer-Ship dishonoured the agreement with me. To Sum it all up: A dealership/stealer-ship cannot be trusted or either the salesman, all they want is to hold to your money, keep earning interests on them and even if you agree to buy a vehicle and agree on a deal they will still sell it to a person who agrees to pay a dollar more than you. I have my time wasted, effort down the drain, money lost due to me having to drive an hour out to these guys for all this. The ethics, process, business dealing basically are all shady at best with these guys and I urge you all to never shop at this place ever. I have proofs: emails, texts, agreements if anyone wants a proof from me to verify all the above. More

Treated bad trying to buy a car I had a car in mind and was told they were located at the back. I asked if I could walk through the back area and had some woman from service yelled I had a car in mind and was told they were located at the back. I asked if I could walk through the back area and had some woman from service yelled at me - "No - you need to walk around". Instead of getting me a salesperson to help me out she decided to yell at me. I was about to leave when a salesperson did finally help me out and walked me through the back with no issues. I would never buy a car from here. I can't imagine if you need service how awful you would be treated. More

The Mechanics/Service Centre are Crooks I used to be a customer of Campbell Toyota in Chatham (they were great), eight years ago I had to move to Sarnia for work. I started as a service cust I used to be a customer of Campbell Toyota in Chatham (they were great), eight years ago I had to move to Sarnia for work. I started as a service customer of Bailey Toyota with my FJ Cruiser and we bought a Camry from Bailey. It started with the Camry - I had a tire that was leaking and I knew it needed a plug, I thought probably a nail or something. I trusted my dealer and brought it in. I received a phone call from Bailey saying no plug needed but sorry you need four new tires and here is your quote we can put them on today. Ummm, I had the Camry for less than a year, new tires? Doesn't make sense so I picked the car up without new tires and drove 40km home and had an uneasy feeling. First thing in the morning I went to my local tire shop and explained what happened. They looked at the tire that was leaking and found a SIX INCH spike in my tire. The mechanic at the tire shop said I was lucky I wasn't in an accident. They've dealt with Baily customers before and they are just trying to make money. A patch was applied and my tires were fine. Needless to say, the service manager received a stern phone call from my husband and non-stop apologies ensued. Did I go back to Bailey?? Well, fast-forward 6 years (March 5, 2018). I needed a drive clean test and an oil change. I thought maybe I should give Bailey ONE MORE CHANCE and took it in, what can go wrong? It's been six years hopefully things have changed. Dropped it off, received a phone call an hour after I dropped it off. Bad News - mechanic opened the hood and there is something wrong with your radiator it needs to be replaced we can do it today. The fluid was low. Ok, I know for a fact that it hasn't been leaking (I park on cement), I already knew the fluid was low (I only drive my FJ twice a month). I asked how the pressure test performed... they couldn't tell me! I took my FJ back to work and had a pressure test performed by the guys at work, they looked at it and my radiator is fine! More
