worse diagnose i took my bmw 7 to this dealer (bmw london) cause the A/C not working to get it diagnose charge is one hour $155 plus tax i said ok after waiting for i took my bmw 7 to this dealer (bmw london) cause the A/C not working to get it diagnose charge is one hour $155 plus tax i said ok after waiting for 10 days for an appointment i took it in ,5 hours later they call me and tell me there is Freon in the system(which is i know) but if we go further with diagnose its $300.00 more so total of 455.00 plus tax ,,,what a rip off. so they bring you in then they give you the bigger hit, so i burned 175.00 and walked away i will never ever go back. i took it to a local mechanic and problem was burned relay cost me $30. bmw knew what the problem was but they want to suck people blood. thank you bmw London YOU ARE THE WORSE service ever. gus More

Worse BMW in Ontario It was the first and the last time I visited this location when the staff didnt show and professionalism in customers service. Service and sales has zero yes zero customer service experience. They should be all fire and replaced with robots cuz robots are friendlier than these people in that location. Never go there unless no one else can service your car, in fact I recommend driving to another city for service if you can.. More

This location sucks I had a horrible time there. They said they fixed my car that had an oil leak so I took it home thinking that was the end of that...next time I know I I had a horrible time there. They said they fixed my car that had an oil leak so I took it home thinking that was the end of that...next time I know I get a call a week later from them telling me I have to come back in to finish the job. I don't know why they didn't tell me that when I was there the 1st time. Then when I went in for my appointment they couldn't find me in the system..nothing was booked. So the lady offered to send valet for my next appointment. They charged me $33 For the valet even tho it was their faults. I would never go there again. More

Having driven luxury sedans for over 40 years, I know outstanding service when I see it. From making the appointment to dropping off the car, getting it serviced and pick it up again, it is a stress free experience. Needless to say, I am a perfectionist and I take a careful look at my car. It has been serviced, washed inside out and everything is in perfect order. Never had I to come for a follow up appointment, because the job was not done right the first time. The whole service department seems to be on the same page and they want the customer to be happy and I tell the salesmen that the most compelling reason for me to buy a another new car at BMW London is their service department. They make sure my BMW ownership is the most enjoyable experience that it can be, worry free. When friends ask me how good the BMW London service department is, I tell them, if I were the owner of the dealership, they could not treat me any better. They treat me so well that I often look around to make sure I am not on "Candid Camera". I could not think of a single item how they could improve on their service, They are perfectionists too. More

Susan Miletec-Mizzi was fantastic from the minute we came into the dealership. She took all the time we needed, knew the cars as well as anyone... and did whatever she could to gives us what we needed to know make a decision. From the time we picked up the car (she drove me to the dealership) to now a month later, she has followed up to make sure all is ok. Susan arranged to have all servicing done on the car before pickup, made the trip to our house to drop off the registration, and just now alerted the service dept. that I would be calling to bring in the car for a small repair. It doesn't get any better than that!! Oh yeh... we love the car too!! More
