Buying a car during COVID-19 The lease on my Lexus was coming due May 2020, during COVID-19 and I was looking for options to replace the lease. Lexus was unwilling to assist me w The lease on my Lexus was coming due May 2020, during COVID-19 and I was looking for options to replace the lease. Lexus was unwilling to assist me with extending my lease so I had to start my new car search. I called Chris and he knew exactly what I wanted and started the search for my vechicle. Unfortunately again due to COVID, the car was stuck at port and would take some time to get to London. Chris and staff at BMW offered to lend me a loaner car until my new vehicle showed up (potentially months). While waiting for the car, Patrick contact me with all the information needed for the new car when it arrived, so when I had my delivery date, everything was all set to go.
