I have ordered my new X6 at this location, Tristan who took care of me did a great job getting me all the information I needed to make a decision towards the vehicle I ordered. horrible service. do not buy an X7. if you do don't buy from Grandriver.-they told me I had to replace tires every oil change at the cost of 6000$. my all seasons have do not buy an X7. if you do don't buy from Grandriver.-they told me I had to replace tires every oil change at the cost of 6000$. my all seasons have only 20,000 km on them and I use winter tires in the winter months and they told me that this is what is expected for the X7 with run flat tires.the service man was horrible and rude. the manager wasn't any better. They wouldn't listen to our concerns as the vehicle is just one year old and all seasons were only on for 6 months.I have driven many different makes of vehicle out there and BMW is no better. They hook you for everything. AVOID...horrible dealer horrible vehicle. spend your money on something else. and if you need your window replaced at the cost of 4700$ for the X7 you will have to pay for it up front as they don't go through insurance companies. BMW Grand River service rocks and it is 100% due to the long term leadership of Elie Bejjany. One cannot understate the importance of the culture set from the top. Frankly, by far the main reason I have h long term leadership of Elie Bejjany. One cannot understate the importance of the culture set from the top. Frankly, by far the main reason I have had and will continue to have multiple BMWs is almost 100% due to Elie and his superbly positive influence over BMWGR service. If Elie ever goes anywhere else, I will follow. No joke. Bottom line result is, while "traditionally BMW-expensive", the maintenance, testing, and repairs services and the customer interactions are superb. More
