This was the most horrific experience I have ever encountered and will never in my life purchase another BMW from this dealership. Should you have an issue with your vehicle good luck getting a resp encountered and will never in my life purchase another BMW from this dealership. Should you have an issue with your vehicle good luck getting a response. Going on 3 weeks waiting for answers on how they messed up the repairs on my engine recall. Silence... Not impressed with anything here. Read the fine print in the purchase agreement, they charge you $500 and call it an anti-theft clause. You cannot opt-out of it. If your vehicle is stolen they give you the credit (that you already paid for) to come and buy another vehicle from them. Seriously. Crooked dealership. More
