Service is absolutely horrible - can I give 0 stars? For context: my 2014 BMW 328xi suddenly and completely DIED while driving (DriveTrain malfunction). After 2 hours of waiting for the tow truck, and th For context: my 2014 BMW 328xi suddenly and completely DIED while driving (DriveTrain malfunction). After 2 hours of waiting for the tow truck, and then an hour at Canbec, I finally received a rental car for which BMW Canbec informed me I would be charged. I refused on the basis that the car completely DIED and it was not a scheduled maintenance so I should not pay for a rental car. The manager agreed. On that Thursday, I completed the contract with Discount for the rental car for extra charges not covered by my insurance and advised my service agent, Guillaume David, that I was going to Ontario for the weekend. He informed that it may take a long time to figure out why my car had completely DIED. I left to Ontario for the weekend and Guillaume then called near the end of the day on Friday (2 hours before Canbec actually closes) to tell me the car "seemed" ready. They had added software and rebooted the computer but had no guarantee that it would not happen again. He also informed me that Canbec had decided to charge me for the rental car (yes, after my car DIED) for the full weekend while I would be in Ontario. I asked to speak to a manager - and to this day - I have never been called by anyone at Canbec. More representative of Canbec's culture, they had an admin for the rental service call me and tell me that I would be charged $70 for the weekend in Ontario. I called and called and no one ever contacted me. 6 weeks later from my call to them, I suddenly get a charge on my credit card from them for $103. I am still trying to get information from them as to what the charge is but in true Canbec fashion, nothing is clear, transparency is missing, and no one will ever call you back. More

These two employees are totally customer focused, I would not have any reservations on using this dealership again in the future. More
