I'm extremely dissatisfied with my 2023 BMW XM lease. On two separate occasions, I experienced brake problems while driving at highway speeds, which was incredibly alarming. My vehicle has been in the shop for a cumulative three months over two service visits, leaving me without my car for an extended period. With a monthly payment exceeding $4,000, I expected better reliability and customer service. I have not received any form of compensation for the downtime and inconvenience. Based on my experience, I would caution others against leasing this model. More

He noticed I was managing things alone and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. He kindly offered me his quiet office so I could put my baby to sleep and even brought me water. These small gestures may not seem like much, but they made a world of difference for me as a parent juggling a visit to the service center. It's rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers' comfort and well-being the way John does. His kindness and thoughtfulness didn’t go unnoticed, and I want to express my gratitude and admiration for his exceptional service. We need more people like John in this world!
