Excellent sales person. Compassionate, patient and curtious. Helped my 87year old, deaf mother with buying a car after hers was totalled off. We traveled from Courtenay, on Vancouver Island, and were picked up by a Budget car at the ferry terminal. They took us to the dealership for a very quick and organized transaction. Easy, quick and stress free car shopping I usually try to avoid going to dealers for cars because I don't seem to get straight answers and advice, but dealing with Greg Ginter and his team of I usually try to avoid going to dealers for cars because I don't seem to get straight answers and advice, but dealing with Greg Ginter and his team of straight shooters was easy, quick, stress free and almost fun. They made the process easy by starting with a realistic market price on a smart car (Prius) and relieved my concerns about buying a used car with a reasonably priced after-market warranty service package. The process was completed with super fast financing approval at low interest rate; they even helped me re-finance my existing motorcycle loan at a lower than dealer rate so I saved more money. Greg has been selling cars for more years that he'd like to admit, and he really knows what his customer wants or needs. More
