All the staff took time to go through the entire process with me and even put the car seat in the new vehicle and hooked up my cell phone. However, given the wide range of vehicles available and the pleasant, non-aggressive service provided by sales rep, James Henderson, we bit the bullet and left the lot several hours later with the exact car we wanted! Everyone was friendly, easy going and professional. Our brother in law bought his car from the same lot a decade ago. Today we traded in that vehicle and left as very satisfied customers. Would definitely recommend! More

I will keep going back I have purchased a car more than once from Budget because they are very competitive in their pricing. Once I decide to purchase a car, Shawn will keep I have purchased a car more than once from Budget because they are very competitive in their pricing. Once I decide to purchase a car, Shawn will keep an eye out and notify me once something suitable comes in. He is easy to work with and most important of all, he provides after sales service. My last car had an issue with a key and Shawn stuck with it until the issue was resolved to my satisfaction as opposed to just walking away after I had paid for the car....Shawn's helpful attitude takes away most of the risk of buying a used car!
