I did not feel pressured or rushed throughout the whole experience. James did s great job of helping me shop with my mind rather than my eyes. I also had the great pleasure to work with Tim who was full of conversation and made my experience very memrable. My other favourite part about my day was the car service provided for me to finish up my quick errands before completing my purchase. The price that we negotiated was very fair given the condition and kms. I have bought a few used vehicles and always have them independently inspected. The mechanic said that the vehicle was basically in like new condition and it's a pleasant surprise for him to inspect a used car with no issues! The tires were brand new, I think the brakes also, and the vehicle was accident free. After I purchased the car, I noticed some issues cosmetically - Budget really didn't have to take care of any of these things - I'm sure they could have turned me away and said "too bad it's yours" but they absolutely didn't. Their on-site service department detailed the car to get rid of some scratches, replaced the floor mats with all weather floor mats. Through the process of loading and switching out the tires, there was also an issue with the rear cargo space - a part cracked when the seats were folded down. Budget took care of the problem immediately, no questions asked - again, all of this occurring after I had already made the purchase. Also caught Nicole lying twice, once I questioned her on it, she quickly retracted her comment with a sorry. Ended up buying it regardless then took several hours to get the car insured. Don't buy from this dealer. More
