With Covid 19 on the rise, making decisions about buying a new vehicle was very stressful. Fortunately, Dave & Ellie listened to what my needs were and found exactly what I was looking for. There was no pressure and even though it took a couple of weeks to finally find the car that checked all my boxes, they never once tried to sell me something that (a) I wasn’t in love with and (b) I couldn’t afford. Both purchases were seamless, including getting me the best financing rates, quickly resolving some minor scratches on the bumpers and filling the tank up with gas. From the business office, to the service centre to the sales floor, if you are looking to buy a new or used car, I would definitely suggest checking out BCS Auto Sales. After 2 months I had an oil burnin Don't get fooled by thier fake positive reviews. In February 2020 I bought a used Hyundai Accent 2015 from John. After 2 months I had an oil burning issue. Black smoke will come out through the exhaust pipe + The oil sign on the dashboard will pop up after 1500-2000 kilometres even though the oil suppose to last for 4000 kilometres. I took the car to different mechanics and all of them told me that there is a serious issue with the engine and the dealership should take care of it since you got it less than 2 months ago. When I went to this dealership and met John and the Sales manager they started playing games and giving excuses after excuses and finally they said that they are not gonna fix it because it was working fine when they sold it to me! I contacted the VSA (Vehicle Sales Authority of BC) and they told me that the dealership is responsible for this issue and advised me to file a complaint against the dealership and I already started the process. Don't deal with this shady dealership. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else. There are far better dealership around there who deserve your business. More
