Be careful to have everything you paid for in writing and in your contract, printed and signed. I had a very pleasant experience when purchasing the car. But I was very clear with the financial manager on wh in your contract, printed and signed. I had a very pleasant experience when purchasing the car. But I was very clear with the financial manager on what I needed to be covered with the purchase of the car. He affirmed it was covered and offered an extension for 7 years. That is the trick with all of the people I dealt with in this dealership. They will be quick to say yes to whatever you ask, but in reality it might not be covered or they might not even know! I had the contract in hand one time while asking if what is covered in the leather package. The financial manager contradicted the terms in the contract and simply switched the conversation to pricing when I brought the contract up. They will say something, but once you come back asking, they would deny ever saying it. Everyone who was there when I bought the car is now fired. So they have “no way of knowing what was said in that conversation”. They even scratched off a lot of what I was told to be covered with my purchased, but then put incredible resistance when I asked them to put their name and position next to the scratched off line. Honestly, they must be trying to cut costs any way they can. I can’t blame them. But the sleazy way of turning and twisting policies is disgusting More

Avenue Nissan Experience It was time to go through the horror again! Time for another car. My dealings with Avenue Nissan was less than enjoyable July of 2016 when I negotiate It was time to go through the horror again! Time for another car. My dealings with Avenue Nissan was less than enjoyable July of 2016 when I negotiated and leased a Nissan Sentra. I dealt with Omar in January 2020 and then was advised by my accountant to wait till May before any major purchases. Than the virus started and put the world in Turmoil. My accountant told me the time was right for the Rouge. To my disappointing surprise Omar did not return to work. Warren Silver took his sales manager position. Warren is a quick speaking person but true to his word. Due to the virus he is a man who wears many hats and juggles his time like a magician. It took less than 1 business day to strike a deal. I was than dealing with Jay Cohen the credit manager. Another good guy. He had me approved before lunch time the following day with no issues. My biggest surprise ever! On the afternoon of the second day I received a phone call from Warren advising me that they had made an error in the calculations of my lease. The interest rate was calculated at old rates that their computer did not update. He told me he was able to save me an additional $1200. If he would have slid the original lease through I never would have known the difference. I run a business and deal with people every day and believe honesty and trust is the key to a successful business. “WOW” what Warren did for me has made me a customer for life; I wish only to buy cars from Warren and Jay. If Warren is tied up as I am sure he will be, Ian Berg is his right hand man and won’t steer you wrong. Second of many cars to come. That GTR is screaming my name. Thanks guys I.S More
