Received great service from Amir Jahangirian who made the whole process of buying a new car very comfortable and enjoyable without the crazy stress of dealing back and forth with Sales Mgt. Very professional and respectful. The dealer ship staff were all very nice and friendly. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Nissan. More

Sales guy finally greeted me, photocopied my licence then couldn't find the car I was to test. Found out it was sold 2 days earlier. Excuse? His first week on the job. Sales Manager made me feel like it was all my fault because I didn't come in earlier. This is the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. I was going to pay cash for the vehicle, but apparently they don't need my money. I would stay away from these clowns! More

Amazing Service. Wonderful experience! I had my best car purchase experience ever. The sales staff was friendly (Jimin). He understood my requirement and provided me with the best solution. I had my best car purchase experience ever. The sales staff was friendly (Jimin). He understood my requirement and provided me with the best solution. I get to test drive couple of vehicles without the push for purchase. I checked various other dealerships before coming to Avenue. I can say with confidence, I got the best deal. Children play area in the dealership needs a touch-up. More
Poor service & will take advantage of whoever they can I received ridiculously poor service on my first and only visit to this dealership. From the other reviews, it seems like this place is a hit and miss I received ridiculously poor service on my first and only visit to this dealership. From the other reviews, it seems like this place is a hit and miss; I think this is because they try to take advantage of whomever they think they can. I went in for a simple general check up and told them my concern with some overly forceful gear shifts in my car. They said it would take at most 45 minutes and that they would call me when it was done. I left and returned after an hour and a half (they never called me) to ask if my car was ready and was told it would be done in 15 minutes. I ended up waiting 45 minutes longer! Finally I went up to the desk and he ignored me for 10 minutes on the phone before finally admitting my car had been ready for some time and he hadn't gotten around to the paperwork. THEN, when we finally got around to discussing the results, he told me that my transmission mounts were broken and that I had to get a new transmission to fix the issue, because somehow the impact of shifting gears had broken it. He said I shouldn't be driving it around because it could break down at any moment. ( Note, it only had 117,000 km on it) He also told me that I had to rewire my emergency break and some other BS issues and that the total cost would be over $6,000 (more than I paid for the car). I was shocked and quite upset at the news and went home thinking I had to sell my car for parts. After talking to some friends, they told me that the dealership's diagnosis was nonsense and I should get a second opinion. I took the car to THREE more experts and was told every time that there was nothing wrong with my engine mounts or my transmission. It turned out that the transmission fluid was very old which the dealership DID NOT PICK UP ON. After getting a transmission flush at a small auto shop (J Birds Auto Repair in Timmins is excellent), my car ran good as new and I've driven to and from Timmins many times (8000km one way) with absolutely no problem. The car is in excellent condition and I am honestly repulsed by the crookery I experienced at Avenue Nissan. All I can say is that if you do choose to go here, bring an experienced older male friend or family member, because otherwise they will absolutely try to take you for a spin. I considered putting the names of the employees who "helped" me but I will only leave their initials. You've been warned! More
Awful I told the dealership what time I was coming in to pick up the car. After 2 hours of waiting (not inluding paperwork) they were still cleaning it. Whe I told the dealership what time I was coming in to pick up the car. After 2 hours of waiting (not inluding paperwork) they were still cleaning it. When I finally got my car the trunk wouldn't close and it had to go back into service so had to wait again for them to fix it. I would recommend going elsewhere More
Great Service & Sales Our experience in purchasing our car last week was quite enjoyable as we dealt with a professional and knowledgeable sales consultant named Eugene Ale Our experience in purchasing our car last week was quite enjoyable as we dealt with a professional and knowledgeable sales consultant named Eugene Alexandrov - he was excellent to deal with. We never felt pressured to purchase a car. Eugene was very obliging to answer our many calls/questions, providing us necessary paperwork. We're very happy that we end up getting our Rogue 2017 to this location instead of Woodbine location. Thank you Eugene! More

However, once I double-checked the service manual included with my vehicle after the service was performed, I found 2 major issues. First, the service advisor recommended a differential oil change that's not required at 24000 km (and he didn't say it was not required), and is only suggested as part of the premium service for the 48000 km service as per the service manual. Second, contrary to what's mentioned in the service manual in regards to every service, no tire rotation was done. I believe this "cash-grab perception" I got from this last service experience is detrimental to the brand value of Nissan. If I continue to receive this level of service, this will definitely be the last Nissan I own and I will certainly go out of my way to inform all my family and friends about my negative service experience with Nissan More
Overall good first time buyer experience I was in the process of car shopping when I got the tragic news of the death of my grandmother. Despite protests of my family members telling me to ho I was in the process of car shopping when I got the tragic news of the death of my grandmother. Despite protests of my family members telling me to hold off, I decided to go ahead and hunt for a new vehicle, starting with my 1st choice, the 2016 Nissan Juke. On the first day, everything seemed to had gone smoothly. I was given a price, I made my down-payment and I had signed a contract. Upon returning to Toronto after going away for 5 days to my grandmother's funeral, I was told my sales rep (who's name is Jimin) was away on vacation and was assigned a new sales person. The new sales rep informed me that the vehicle I wanted was no longer available in Canada and that Nissan was not taking anymore orders for those specific cars from Japan. They tried to upsell me on a different model and when I decided I didn't want it a couple other staff members there made me feel bad for not wanting to pay extra for that model. They insisted I was receiving a "deal" and was rude in their approach in such a way that I actually started crying; thinking I made a mistake not following my parent's advice to NOT buy a car while grieving. After all, they had my deposit and I was not in any condition to run away. After a lengthy and drawn out period of 1.2 weeks of back and forth negotiation, my initial sales rep (Jimin Lee) returned from his vacation and made things right. He was very attentive, followed up when he said he would, and delivered on every single promise he made verbally and written. I know he had many other customers, but he always made me feel like I was his only customer. He never once said "i'm busy" or "I don't know", If I had a question he couldn't answer, he would give me a reasonable time, do his research, and get back to me before the time he said he would. And that's what I consider to be customer service at it's finest. In the end, I still ended up getting a different model from Nissan, but I wouldn't have continued doing business with Avenue Nissan if it were not for the gentle kindness and courtesy of sales rep Jimin, and his Manager, Parsa. Frankly, I wouldn't make Avenue Nissan my first choice, but if they are the Nissan dealership closest to you (and if you are in the Uptown area, then most likely they are) I would highly recommend to ask to speak directly to (firstly) Jimin or Parsa. They are both honest, professional, reasonable and patient. If ether are not available, I would say make an appointment, go back another day, or take your business elsewhere. Unless you know you have a strong enough personality to deal with guilt trips, fake smiles, pressure and just outright being treated like you don't matter. I can't say much on other sales reps., because I want to be as fair in my review as possible, so I can only speak to the experience I've had; the good and the bad. Big up, and lots of love and respect to Jimin Lee & Parsa. I am so happy to be a part of the Nissan family and most likely will be making my next car Nissan as well. More
