Eric took care of several preparatory items for me in advance of my picking up my vehicle and went above and beyond providing me a ride to come and pick up my car. Eric's attention to detail and responsiveness made the difference in me choosing Auto Town and he ensured it was a pleasant transaction. Although they weren't able to fix the broken hinge on the glove box, they did listen to my requests and set up an appointment for me the week after for any issues I found after the initial purchase.
