Fortunately a friend of mine was able to check the car out for me prior to the purchase. My salesman Eric Pollmann and Finance person Sofia Neves took care of everything for me and made the whole sales process simple and very painless. MJ didn't make us feel that we were using her time, but looked again to see other vehicles that may suit us better. After asking more questions, she showed to us something that we had not thought it will be what we needed, but had all the items we needed. We went for a ride, and fell in love with that car. The transaction was very scary for us, because we had not buy a car through a dealership, and we didn't know what to ask. So we ended up accepting something extra that we realized we didn't need, and went back after the purchase, and requested the change. Sofia was very accommodating to our request, patient with our lack of knowledge, and resolved the situation in a very professional manner. More
